I said yes to the dress today! I had an excellent experience at Ave 22 OTR! In my initial bridal appointment Enrica helped me (they have a beautiful selection) and I shortlisted three (one of which I had a gut feeling would be THE ONE)! I went to a few other places after that appointment to see if I’d get that feeling with any other dress but nope! I knew I had to go back and say YES to my dress. Enrica made me feel so comfortable, she wasn’t pushy at all and gave me all the space and time I needed to make my decision. Thank you!

I had my appointment booked with Mya and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so calm and patient. She helped me envision what my dress could be with simple alterations and I was so impressed with her knowledge and beautiful suggestions. She had made my experience one I’ll never forget, and because of her help we ended up crying tears of joy at realizing I found my dress. Thank you Ave 22 off The Rack! Such beautiful dress selections as well :)

Although I didn’t find my dress here, I want to say my experience with Enrica was amazing start to finish. The dresses are well taken care of at Ave 22nd and they really take the time to know you and understand your style and interest. We had the whole store to ourselves and it was luxurious. Enrica wasn’t pushy and also provided a lot of incredibly helpful tips about alterations and styles. What I appreciated most was their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend that brides come here on their saying ‘yes’ to the dress journey!

Absolutely amazing shop, warm and friendly staff who so very helpful. They have assisted me with 2 photo shoots I was doing (I’m a stylist) and have been so very accommodating. There is a wide selection of styles both for bridal and evening wear, PLUS amazing accessories as well. Thank you to Samira and the crew! Looking forward to working with you again in the future. Xx

Samira makes dreams come true! I am so happy to say yes to the dress! I felt no pressure to buy a dress that day and the emphasis was on having fun, feeling good and finding the perfect dress. I was able to try on different silhouettes until we found the right one. When I found a dress that was a strong contender for ‘the one’ Samira pulled out all of the stops. She had a bouquet for me, I tried on a veil with it, she helped tuck in some cute cap sleeves so I could visualize how it would look with that alteration. She had jewelry and head pieces to try on too. We also walked up to the front of the store and looked at me in the dress in natural light. All these extras helped me to envision myself on my wedding day. I wasn’t sure I would have a feeling of a dress being perfect, I thought maybe I’d have to settle but I truly love my dress and I am so thankful for the amazing service at Ave 22 Off the Rack. I would love to personally thank Samira for all her help in my dress search. I’ve been previously engaged twice, buying the exact same dress twice. Both times I sold the dress. This time it’s finalized! I knew going into multiple dress shops I couldn’t find what I wanted anymore, either it didn’t suit me, wasn’t my style, didn’t fit me properly the list goes on. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I knew I looked good in. One day I was browsing for this exact Mori lee dress. I came across it on Ave 22… originally back in the day when this dress first came out I paid $4,000 for it. I called ave 22 and asked them if they still had this. They did. After a bit of back and forth I finally made the decision this is my dress, it’s popped in and out of my life a few times. Clearly this dress is meant to be! Not only that I got it for $800! What an absolute steal! The whole team and Samira is amazing, very passionate and patient with the customers making sure you get what you want! Couldn’t thank these ladies enough! Highly recommend!!

I had a lovely experience wedding dress shopping here!! I brought my mom and sister, and worked with Tyler, who was absolutely fantastic. She took time to understand my wedding plans and what I was looking for, and pulled a dress that I didn't realize I was describing. I ended up saying yes to the one she had pulled! Highly recommend working with Tyler. Plus the store is so clean and had a great selection of dresses. It was certainly my favourite experience after visiting 2 other places first.
